Dosage
150gm bars of chocolate contain on average 3gms (0.12gm per sq) of high quality herbal cannabis approximately 1 weeks supply, mixed either with Cadburys Bournville and Dairy Milk chocolate, or if requested organic vegan plain chocolate.

Dosage varies from client to client, start with one small square in the morning and another 1 hour before bedtime. Slowly increase dose if there is no improvement.

In 1890, Sir J. Russell Reynolds, MD., F.R.S., physician to Queen Victoria's court, summarised thirty years of his clinical experience using cannabis by "finding it useful as a nocturnal sedative in senile insomnia, and valuable in treating dysmenorrhea, neuralgias including tic douloureux and tabetic symptoms, migraine headache and certain epileptoid or choreoid muscle spasms." He goes further to say "The dose should be given in minimum quantity, repeated in not less than four or six hours, and gradually increased by one drop every third or fourth day, until either relief is obtained, or the drug is proved, in such case, to be useless." The Reynolds Protocol is still used to this day.
